About the Client:
Coming from a very well established quick serve F&B brand in China, looking to expand its footprint in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a superior customer experience by actively engaging with guests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability by analyzing financial data and implementing effective cost-saving measures.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers, including overseeing social media presence and coordinating events or special promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a high-volume setting. Experience with Hunan or other Asian cuisines is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills, with a keen focus on ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
