• Provide first-line support for client queries and Client contracts, escalating complex issues to the procurement manager
• Assist the procurement manager in project coordination, including timeline management, stakeholder communication and addressing customer queries related to ongoing ICT tender projects
• Manage the life cycle of support tickets from creation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when required.
• Generate and analyse dashboard reports on key performance indicators, providing insights to management on trends and areas for improvement
• Compile, collate and cleanse reports from various sources (e.g. IT Service Management portal, GeBIZ, forms, spreadsheet, etc) to support informed decision-making and reconciliation of information
• Provide administrative support for assigned projects such as collating, validating and tracking information from suppliers
• Support the procurement manager in identifying potential value creation opportunities and process improvements within the ICT procurement operations
• Manage the annual system polls, respond to agencies’ queries, and analyse the returns submitted by Client.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement documentation, while staying updated on ICT industry trends and Client procurement regulations
• Other admin and support activities required from time to time.
