Temporary position in school to cover staff on maternity leave.
Position: Student Support Staff
Working Hours: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Job Description
+ provide front desk coverage at school reception;
+ handle inquiries thru phone calls, emails and walk-in;
+ liaise with vendors e.g. bus transport operators, school lunch operators to ensure timely delivery;
+ assist principal in schedules and appointments with teachers, parents and students;
+ support in applications e.g. student travel concessions, withdrawl of Edusave;
+ help out with school events e.g. parent/teacher conference.
+ ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
+ Degree/Diploma in any field
+ Outstanding Customer Services
+ Matured and meticulous
+ Experience working with students a plus
+ Culturally aware, able to communicate with diverse nationalities
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Team player
