Job Description
- Assist on rates quotations / filing / maintenance / renewal of quotation & contracts.
- General administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities.
- Supports the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
- Supports the customer planning and implementation process.
- Provides customer information and supports the identification and qualification of Sales leads.
- Engages customer periodically with Key Account Managers / Sales for active interactions and involvements.
- Coordinates support of the Sales organization by the Sales Support Specialists.
- Performs general administrative functions and maintenance of staff discipline.
- Responsible for upkeep of ISO standards / Audit requirements / Environmental awareness and ensure maintenance of customer contracts for team.
- Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Broad understanding of the forwarding business
- Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent basic business skills
- Experience with MS offices e.g. Outlook; experience with CRM tools preferred
- Diploma/ degree with at least 3-4 years of work experience
