Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Lorry)
Salary: $2,000-$3,000 + OT (Depend on exp)
Working Hours: 5.5 days 8am-5pm; 8am-12pm
(Required to work OT till 7pm on weekdays, Saturday after 12pm counted as OT)
Working Location: Kaki Bukit Ave
Job Description
- Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles
- Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.
- Conduct service maintenance on trucks, including:
- Power steering diagnostics and repair
- Engine overhaul
- ESCOT control housing, gearbox, and rear axle overhauls
- Advanced multimeter measurements and wiring repairs
- Emission-related system repairs
- Electrical fault tracing, repair, and calibration using Tech Tool
- Carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
- Record repair details and time in the Work Order.
- Follow warranty processes and procedures, including proper handling of parts.
- Manage tools and equipment responsibly.
- Respond to breakdowns as needed.
- Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors
Requirements:
- Min 5 - 7 years working experience in repairing heavy vehicle
