Job Description
Strategic Marketing
- Market Analysis: Identify key vertical market segments, including industry focuses and target audiences.
- Messaging Development: Craft key messaging to educate C-level executives and encourage engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to implement effective pre- and post-nurturing journeys and follow up after each marketing campaign.
- Consistent Messaging: Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure messaging is relevant and cohesive.
- Content Strategy: Develop compelling content aimed at driving leads and increasing brand awareness.
Digital Marketing
- Website Management: Maintain and update website content with relevant local information.
- Traffic Generation: Implement SEM and SEO strategies to boost website traffic.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media marketing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, blogs, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Campaign Execution: Partner with Corporate Marketing in Lyon to prepare and execute marketing campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Develop tracking systems for processes, A/B tests, and successful promotions via email.
- Email Campaign Management: Build and manage various email lists and campaigns, including crafting engaging calls-to-action and content.
- Lead Nurturing: Create strategies to nurture leads through valuable content and targeted calls-to-action.
Field Marketing & Lead Generation
- Event Planning: Identify key events to attend and plan marketing strategies around them.
- Event Management: Organize physical and digital events, including webinars and exhibitions.
- Conversion Optimization: Enhance marketing conversion paths and rates, driving marketing-qualified leads to the sales team.
- B2B Lead Generation:
- Utilize content marketing (e.g., whitepapers, case studies) to attract and educate prospects.
- Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Leverage social media platforms to connect with potential clients and share valuable insights.
- Utilize webinars and online workshops to showcase expertise and generate interest.
- Conduct market research to identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries.
Customer Advocacy
- Customer Strategy Communication: Collaborate with Management, Sales, and Customer Experience teams on retention and up-sell strategies.
- Onboarding Programs: Launch welcome and onboarding initiatives for new customers, including emails and kits.
- Customer Journey Guidance: Develop interactive guidelines to support customers throughout their journey with Esker.
- Community Engagement: Create and manage a customer community hub for education, including challenges and discussions.
- Event Planning: Organize customer lunch and learns, webinars, and an annual customer conference with impact awards.
Partner Marketing
- Channel Partner Collaboration: Work with partners on their marketing initiatives and manage budgets for co-marketing activities.
- Training Programs: Plan training sessions for partners upon new releases and localize content for their use.
Content Creation
- Localized Content Development: Create localized success stories, white papers, and customer testimonials.
- Video Production: Produce localized videos, including customer stories.
- Blog Content Creation: Write engaging local blog content.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing,
- Experience with CRM system is a plus, salesforce & marketo preferred
