- Call business employers / employees for a 5-15min survey
- Listings of companies will be provided
- Interviewers must identify the right candidate to interview, then ask for an eligible employee to interview

Renumeration
- Callers will be paid $12 per hour, with daily targets
- Bonuses of $5 will be paid if employer-employee pairs are achieved
