Job Descriptions
- Provides administrative supports to the Sales Team
- Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts relating to accommodation
- Ensure all calls to the Sales Team are answered and all inquiries are responded
- Consolidates and compiles all reports as required by the respective Director of Sales and or AVP Sales
- Files, updates and safe keep all departmental policies and procedures, agreements and contracts, including confidential documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of document information
- Assume any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales within the scope of the Sales Coordinator
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
