A leading global brand in the luxury timepiece industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee and manage their after-sales workshop in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious company that values precision, quality, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and repair workflow of the After Sales department.
- Provide expert diagnostic analysis and technical guidance to facilitate client communication and enhance repair efficiency.
- Manage the repair process, ensuring optimal flow, priority handling, and adherence to timelines.
- Work closely with the technical team to repair watches, aiming to meet productivity and global KPI targets.
- Monitor and drive daily technical production, motivating the team to maintain high performance.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards, following company methods and technical guidelines.
- Utilize ERP software to manage workshop tasks and ensure data integrity.
- Align local repair activities with global After Sales Service policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in watchmaking (WOSTEP or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong technical expertise in watch repair and mechanism analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to meet productivity targets and deadlines with strategic planning.
- Skilled in problem-solving and handling complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive work ethic.
- Proficient in English.
