We are a creative studio focused on personalized interior design, dedicated to blending contemporary design with unique vintage art pieces to create sustainable and charismatic environments for both private homes and commercial spaces.
Salary: SGD 5,000 ~ SGD 6,000 + year-end bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6:30pm
Location: Lavender
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall project design, including concept design, schematic design, and construction drawings
- Lead and guide the design team to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice
- Coordinate various resources to ensure the implementation of design solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve design standards
- Participate in all project phases to ensure design quality and effectiveness
- Develop and execute project plans, controlling design progress and costs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in designing show homes or luxury residences
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong aesthetic sense and creativity
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to independently complete design projects from concept to execution
