Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate at Lanturn, you will help drive the company's marketing initiatives, enhancing Lanturn's brand presence, generating leads, and fostering client engagement. Reporting to the Manager, Sales & Marketing, you will help turn Lanturn’s marketing strategy into content, campaigns and events that drive the overall growth and success of Lanturn.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery within budget and scope. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and mitigate risks. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Working with agencies and developers, drive traffic, engagement, and conversion, and manage Lanturn's WordPress website. Keeping it updated, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO are priorities. Prior experience using Hubspot is a must.
  • Content Production: Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute on Lanturn’s content strategy and create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia assets. Ensure content is optimised for SEO, to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. Manage relationships with third-party content creators, overseeing their deliverables, and ensuring quality and alignment with Lanturn's brand voice and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Manage and enhance Lanturn's brand identity by ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation programs and tactics to attract qualified prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel. Working with agencies and developers, build and launch landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to capture leads effectively. Work closely with the Manager, Sales & Marketing to optimise lead conversion strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and capture key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, in a weekly report to the Manager, Sales & Marketing. Assist in the use of data to refine Lanturn’s marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Proven track record implementing marketing strategies
  • Experience effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage relationships with third-party providers for content production, SEO, and other marketing-related tasks
  • Experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates and SEO optimization
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking performance
  • Bonus: B2B, corporate or financial services industry experience
  • This is a fully on-site role
