We are currently looking for Full Time Sales Administrative personnel to join our team.
The Role
This role requires a meticulous individual who is well organized and can time-manage well.
The role requires the talent to perform the following duties: -
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation
- Facilitate the sales process efficiently upon receipt of sales agreement
- Support team of Admin & Sales / Marketing managers
- Maintain proper filling & documentation and perform general administration
- Support enquiries for Columbarium niches & Parlour from walk-in, phone calls or email
- Show prospects to the niches in a respectful manner
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in administrative work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong relationship management skills, CRM experience, clear verbal and written communication skills preferably
- Able to work independently under fast paced environment
- Industry Knowledge of Religious, Cultural, Customs and Burial practices is a plus
- Independent self-starter with strong problem solving, marketing and organising skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal / external parties
- MUST be able to work on rotating weekends and public holidays
- Experience or Knowledge in the Funeral / Columbarium industry is an advantage
