Job Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end & year-end closing activities;
- Handling partial/full set of accounts;
- Prepare and submit GST returns;
- Monitor and post all incoming payments to customer accounts;
- Prepare monthly debtors reconciliation and statement of accounts;
- Manage accounts payable & receivables functions include verifying supplier invoices,
- initiating payment, data entry, AR aging and report;
- Maintenance and reconciliation of creditor/debtor ledger.
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system;
- Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management’s use;
- Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system;
- Prepare annual audit report, if required;
- Prepare and submit claims such NS claims, grants and other;
- Ensure proper filing of accounting documents;
- Handle SOP for goods purchases;
- Manage monthly sales & expenditure accounts;
- Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Min. Accounting Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
- At least 2 years of experience in similiar role
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
- Willing to work for a group of companies
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin
- Working location is at Changi area
