Position: Junior Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Singapore
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Critical Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gap Identification: Detect gaps and opportunities for process enhancement and propose actionable recommendations.
- Solution Exploration: Explore and evaluate solutions across functions, leveraging digital technologies such as Robotic process Automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) where applicable.
- Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to implement feasible solutions, ensuring effective execution and integration.
- Analysis Delivery: Conduct cost, resource, and benefit analyses, providing both hypothetical projections and actualized outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Flexibility: A flexible approach to work assignments and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
