Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process of sourcing, scheduling of interviews and onboarding candidates.
- Perform outbound calls to candidates to verify their details and update their profile in our management system.
- Assist in data-entry to input accurate details to create profile for candidates post-recruitment events.
- Organize personnel files to ensure orderly filing for easier retrieval.
- Maintain the assigned domain to retrieve the resumes from candidates to be updated into the system.
- Provide administrative assistance for the team to support the events held by the organization.
- Support the HR team in posting job listings online for candidates to view available positions.
Job Requirement
- Student Intern welcome!
- Experience in any HR related field will be beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate meticulous administrative skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to independently work on assigned tasks through proper time management.
