Job Scope:
- Participate in manpower planning, providing suggestion on manpower requirements, advise on statutory requirements and provide projected manpower costing
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis for all subsidiaries
- Manage training requisition process and maintain training records
- Organize and liaise with educational institutions on internships and other programs (e.g.Work-Study Diploma)
- Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations
- Support all leave and benefits administration (including insurance), as well as handle monthly payroll process, work pass administration and participate in government surveys changes, termination documents) exercises
- Monitor headcount changes and compilation of HR reports
- Timely follow up on the off-boarding process, ensuring exit interviews and exit clearance
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in HR role preferably in an IT related industry
- Well-versed in Ministry of Manpower guidelines and regulations & employee grievance and disicplinary matters
- Skills in extracting meaningful data for analytics and insights
