- Working hours: 5 days, 9:30am - 6:30pm
- Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commission
- Working Location: Macpherson
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
- Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.
- Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of 30 new cars, with both new and used cars contributing to the goal.
- Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
- Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the new and used car markets.
Requirements:
- Min 10 years in the relevant field is required
- Experienced in leadership and team management
- Proven track record in sales in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
- Possessing a valid Singapore driving license is preferred
