The candidate should take full responsibilities of food preparation, sauce making, partial cooking process to fulfill customer and outlets needs in finished products.
The role requires candidate to:
-Familiar with Chinese cuisine taste.
-Familiar with Sichuan ingredients.
-Know the timing of cooking the meat sauce (like chili sauce).
-Following all production frameworks to accomplish tasks in time.
-Work shit is required as orders and time of D.O. may differ from time to time.
