Responsibilities:
- Talent Management Programs: Oversee talent review, assessment, succession planning, career pathing, and competency development, ensuring effective talent development and pipeline programs.
- Competency Frameworks: Develop and implement leadership and functional competency frameworks to guide employee development and career growth.
- Talent Policies and Processes: Create and implement progressive talent management policies, while enhancing tools and processes for talent review, development, and succession planning.
- High-Potential Programs: Manage assessment and development programs for high-potential employees, including pipeline programs to support business needs and future leadership roles.
- Career Development Support: Engage, coach, and guide talent on career development, offering mentorship and internal staffing opportunities to support individual growth.
- Data-Driven Talent Decisions: Analyze talent data and metrics to support fact-based decision-making, ensuring continuous improvement of talent processes across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources.
- At least 8 years of experience in Talent Management, particularly from a business or Center of Excellence (COE) perspective.
- Proficient in using talent assessment and development tools.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to prepare reports and proposals.
- Confident in interacting with senior management.
