- Drive growth of the subscriber base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and working with marketing in lead generation and branding
- Develop and establish relationships with potential partners (Institutes of Higher Learnings-IHL) and own the end-to-end process from onboarding to growth of subscribers signing up to the courses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Increase the engagement rate and completion of courses in NTUC LearningHub digital product LXP as well as the courses offered by IHLs.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to subscribers in accordance with agreed upon timelines and schedules.
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure effective administrative timeline for the end-to-end process.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote the digital products and courses, utilizing the power of digital marketing and Martech.
- Gain familiarity with the different IT systems and processes within the organization in order to carry out tasks and achieve higher level business objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences and minimum 2 years in the software industry
- Experience in business development related to adult education or EdTech
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to instil insights and articulate actionable point of view to audiences.
- Good command of storytelling and presentation techniques (e.g., slides making, data visualisation)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and MarTech is a plus.
- Ability to work proactively and independently and meet deadlines.
- Problem solving and can-do attitude – willingness to learn quickly and understand the root cause of problems; able to work with a multidisciplinary team to propose creative solutions.
- Proficient in internet & MS Office Application (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
