Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, assisting with human resources-related tasks, and coordinating company activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
· Maintenance of administrative systems, processes, and form tools;
· Daily office management should specify the use of 6S management;
· Organizing company events, including team-building activities and guest reception events.
· Coordinate logistics and handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
HR Support:
· Maintain HR systems, processes, and leave records.
· Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-up with candidates.
· Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
· Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR records.
· Coordinate company performance evaluations, notifying departments, ensuring compliance, and compiling performance data.
· Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
· Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
· Assist with the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
· Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in administrative support or human resources role preferred.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
9. Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with counterparts in our China office.
