Position: Oil & Gas Operation Technician - (Mining, Resources & Energy)(full time)
Location: Jurong Island And Bukom, West Region
Working Hours : 7:30am – 7:30pm
Shift Pattern : 2 work, 2 off, 2 work, 2 off
Gross Salary: around $3k+

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Technician to join our team at Jurong West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Perform day-to-day operational activities safely and in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Rule Adherence: Follow established rules and work procedures, and stay updated with any new rules or procedures.
- Equipment Handling: Decommission, tag, and prepare process equipment for repair or maintenance by technical personnel.
- Loading/Unloading Support: Assist with the connection of loading arms/hoses and ensure the safe access of ship-to-shore ladders.
- Incident Management: Immediately manage and act upon any incidents, and report them to the next-level management promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Follow mandatory work instructions, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety for the environment and all personnel.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all terminal operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Meet customer expectations and resolve any internal customer service inquiries promptly.
- Complaint Resolution: Implement corrective actions to address customer complaints
