Shuttle buses will be provided from various MRT stations.
As a Consignment Inventory Specialist in the Healthcare Sector, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing consignment inventory processes.
Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely replenishment, and efficient utilization of medical devices in consignment stock.
You will collaborate closely with Principals, internal stakeholders, and healthcare providers to meet inventory demands and maintain high service levels.
Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management (50%)
- Monitor and manage consignment inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and shelf life maintenance.
Order Processing (30%)
- Receive and process consignment inventory orders from healthcare facilities.
- Resolve any discrepancies in shipments or deliveries
Data Analysis and Reporting (10%)
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, usage patterns, and key performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Collaboration (10%)
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as returns, transport, and CCC) to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and safety protocols
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Words & Power Point.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level with at least 1-year relevant experience or Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics or supply chain management or a related field required.
