The role of the Bartender is to craft drinks, provide excellent customer service, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Concoctalcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Uphold work area cleanliness accordance to SFA standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Ensure that all bar equipment are in good working conditions.
• Conduct daily / month-end inventory and ensure that all stocks are accounted for.
• Need to train other bar staff and handle ordering too.
• Maintain Cleanliness of bar
• Knowledge of managing of bar costing is a Bonus
• Need to handle POS payments too
• Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred. (In F&B Industry)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment to devise new drinks
• A high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
• Reliable and good team worker
• Able to work on all shifts, weekends and Public Holidays as required
