ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise and manage a team of operations staff to ensure the efficiency of all outlets.
· Report and assist Operations Manager with the entire operations.
· Enforce compliance to the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
· Provide training and coaching about business food range and food production according to established standards.
· File weekly records for hygiene check lists & photos.
· Set up of bazzars at various locations.
· Supervise, manage and control operations daily activities.
· Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents.
· Assist in operations (front end/back end)
· Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary.
· Rostering and scheduling of staff for various outlets.
REQUIREMENTS
· Min GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
· Energetic, positive-minded individual
· Able to work independently and in a team
· Class 3 preferred
