Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment Operations
- To work with team, to manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts
- To attend to customers’ enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc
- To assist customers in programme application and checking for documentation to support the turnaround time for admissions processing
- To build strong product knowledge, comply with work policies and procedures and continuously improve customer service skills
- To comply with quality standards set for the department
Leads Management
- To follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis
- To prepare and maintain leads follow-up report
Market Engagement & Project Management
- To understand the local education landscape and explore new developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to conceptualize and plan events that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept development to post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences
- To plan and leverage community engagement to build awareness and brand name.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or event management
- Experienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processes
- Good understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore
- Able to work on rostered Saturdays (9am – 1pm) for events
- Pleasant and patient personality with an excellent service mindset
- Good interpersonal skills with a high level of initiative and drive
