JOB DECRIPTIONS:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships
- To be responsible for the planning and implementation of our new product’s launching activities
- To liaise and negotiate with local market personnel & buyers and suppliers directly in India for products procurement
- To build and strengthen the relationships with buyers, retails personnel and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations of business
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship and communication between major key clients and company
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Provide timely and regular feedback on Indian market spices availability, procurement from various countries to support growth and expansion.
- Help establish Snaz Trading’s import and export wholesale business of Indian/Bangladesh wholesale products
- Evaluate Snaz Trading’s current inventory and make suggestions for continuous improvement based on market research and understanding of the purchasing habits consumers
- Establish new sourcing networks and strengthen existing supplier relationships for wholesale products desirable to our customers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, Indian wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
- Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Indian/Bangladesh Wholesale products distributions through various channels
- Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
- 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
- Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
- Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing
- Must be able to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
- Field work is required and physicall fit (to be able to carry heavy loads)
- Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for frozen products, vegetables etc
- Strong market analysis and strategy planning skills
- Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
