We have an opening for an Architectural Assistant - preferably Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Architect in the full scope of Architect's duties
- Develop and prepare conceptual / schematic design, design development, detail design and tender documentation, etc. for Planning, Architectural or Interior Design
- Present the design in appropriate mediums for Client or regulatory submissions, etc.
- Review and ensure compliance of design with technical and/or regulatory requirements under the guidance of the Qualified Person
- Undertake project coordination and contract administration works
- Attend site/project meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
Requirements:
- Competent and self-motivated individuals who possess initiative, good design flair and able to work under challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree (Architecture) or equivalent
- Resourceful, committed, independent and diligent
- Proficient in AutoCad 2D and Sketchup
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Remuneration commensurate with qualification and relevant experience
