Job Description
- Foster a safety-first culture in the workplace.
- Prepare, update, and maintain safety manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company HSE policies.
- Ensure the Safety Management System is properly maintained and followed.
- Continuously review and improve HSE procedures and their implementation.
- Promote and ensure adherence to HSE practices and regulations.
- Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents.
- Develop and conduct HSE training programs.
- Intervene in unsafe activities or operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Environmental Health & Safety Engineering, Chemical Process, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing, chemical, or O&G sectors.
- Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Safety Officer (RSO) with MOM is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High commitment, adaptability, and ownership of work.
- Trustworthy and disciplined in handling confidential information.
