Roles and Responsibilities
1. Establish resources for the Singapore subsidiary and recruit and train the team.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the Singapore subsidiary, develop risk management strategies, implement and track various operational performance indicators, and ensure the achievement of expected goals and results.
3. Possess knowledge of international business, expand the Singapore and ASEAN markets, and develop new clients to meet sales targets.
4. Conduct market analysis and research, and provide relevant recommendations and strategies.
5. Coordinate communication and work across different functional departments and cross-cultural teams.
6. Serve as a communication bridge between the headquarters and the Singapore subsidiary.
Requirements
· Must be coordinating with company assignments, and may frequently travel between the Singapore subsidiary and the headquarters.。
· Experience in project management, market sensitivity, and adaptability is required.
· A background in sales or engineering is a plus.
· Proactive, approachable, strong communication skills, leadership and integration abilities, sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude.
· Maintain good interpersonal relationships with both the headquarters and overseas subsidiaries.
· Must be willing to undergo a training program at the Taiwan headquarters.
