ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible for all deliverables required in the agreement with Singapore General Hospital.
- To organize his team to align with the overall client’s expectation and contractual requirements andsupport the operations of the hospital, especially in the front end engineering and customersupports. To plan and execute all fix it and programmed maintenance within the frame work of theallocated resources.
- To plan the resources available to align with the operational requirements for fix it and programmedmaintenance.
- Managing all minor repairs and fix it work within the budget.
- Work closely with other service providers in the hospital to be part of the team to create a safe andsound environment for the patients, staff and visitors, especially ISS House Keeping and Portering team to demonstrate the strength and capability of ISS’s integrated service model to be productive, efficient and effective.
- Constantly engaging the client and end users to seek feed back, gaps and improvementopportunities through survey and dialogue.
- Responsible for overall customer and end users relationship management while exercising costcontrol monitor and measure with the awareness to generating additional works to enhancemargin.
- To stabilize the team during upon operations and continued to seek improvement in theorganization structure and operations process to improve supports to the hospital.
- Manage relationship with all specialist sub-con and contractors appointed by the hospital toachieve the required KPI, client’s expectations and deliverables in the contract with SingaporeGeneral Hospital.
- Be part of the team to management energy saving and initiatives.
- Identify engineering issues and trouble shooting to response to end users’ request. Resolving andmitigating potential engineering problems and potential cause to system breakdown. Work closelywith the Central Operations to tackle engineering problems.
