Key Responsibilities
• To maintain and manage the property assigned.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property assigned.
• To build a good relationship with the residents.
• Supervision of term contractors and service providers.
Requirements
• Diploma in Building Management/Facilities Management /Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing condominiums
• Knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Responsible and possess initiative
• Computer literate
