Job Description:
- To review, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators in alignment with Department of Nursing's set targets.
- Prepare and conduct audits to improve the standards of nursing image and care quality.
- Coordinate and faciliatate root cause analysis sessions for incidents related to Nursing Department.
- Work closely with NDNQI coordinator and indicators' owners to facilitate the collection and submission of NDNQI data.
- Educate nurses about CGH Nursing's Professional Practice Model, the concept of shared governance and Nursing Council.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mind-set to seek evidence-based practices through research.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent.
- Advanced diploma / post-basic certificate in any discipline for the Senior Staff Nurse position
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
