Position Overview:
As a Technician (M&I) at Quanta Integration and Solutions, you will support the technical team by working on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vehicle safety and telematics systems. Your role will involve hands-on technical work and assisting in ensuring smooth service delivery for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Installation & Maintenance: Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining vehicle safety and telematics equipment.
- Equipment Testing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and electronics issues, ensuring that all systems function effectively.
- Customer Updates: Provide updates to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving system issues efficiently.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all installations meet safety standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and keep the stakeholders with regards to the updates required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITE Certificate or equivalent from a technical college in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle safety solutions, telematics, and electronics systems.
- Hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting electronics or automotive equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
