Job Title: School Operations Support
Location: Northbrooks Secondary School, 585 Yishun Ring Road, Singapore 768692
Contract Period: 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services:
The personnel will be responsible for the following duties:
- Minor Maintenance and Decoration: Assist with the maintenance and decoration of the school premises.
- Eco-Learning and Recycle Art Support: Provide support to staff on eco-learning and recycling art matters.
- Minor Repairs: Carry out minor repair works as required.
- Office Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other additional or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the school authority.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
- Preferably three years of relevant experience in school operations.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
