- Initiate, determine and monitor corporate finance requirements, banking facilities and insurance requirements
- Harness, manage new and existing banking relationships and financial institutes

- Explore investment opportunities for company potential diversifications
- Arrange project financing as and when required
- Monitor company trade facilities to satisfy business projections
- Investigate alternate banking products
- Liaise with professional legal advisors for delinquent business accounts
- Keeping abreast with overall market trends and business landscapes
- Safeguard company assets/investments and corporate debts
- Oversees company operational requirements eg dormitory requirements, workers’ welfare etc
- Special projects eg sourcing for site office facilities as and when required
- Keep informed of changes in Government regulations in relation to the industry
- Explore strategic advantage to enhance company’s market recognitions and raise company profile eg. special awards
- Explore, investigate and liaise with software vendors on state of the art technology to improve accounting processes and HR & Admin process
- Oversees the accounts and HR& Admin department on the overall operations
