Job Scope
• Identify and prospect new business/clients via sales/cold-calling and sales activities.
• Generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
• Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
• Attend to customers feedback/ complaints and follow up with high-quality after sales services.
• Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are deal with appropriately.
Job Requirements:
• Min. 2 years of Sales / Business Development/ Account management experiences across freight forwarding industry.
• Experience in any vertical market and strong knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) is preferred.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target is a plus.
• Have relevant experiences on operation work in Air or Ocean operation department will be at advantage.
• Fast learner and passion in sales.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good presentation skills.
