Job description:
- Calling of existing commercial property loan customers for repricing.
- Sharing of repricing package to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guideline.
- Cross referral and selling of other bank products.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skill and objection handling.
- Mature, meticulous, well-organised, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirement.
- Knowledge of commercial property lending will be useful.
