Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, implement, and manage the company’s overall corporate strategy, aligning it with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.

● Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to guide strategic decisions.

● Identify new business models, partnerships, and products that drive revenue growth and enhance the company’s competitive edge.

● Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and technology teams to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully executed across all departments.

● Oversee mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures that support the company’s growth strategy.

● Assess potential risks to the business and create mitigation strategies to ensure the company can navigate uncertainties in the fintech sector.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

● 10+ years of experience and proven record in strategy, business development, or leadership roles, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry.

● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic plans.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
