The great things you will be expected to do:
- Managing the daily operations of this account and demonstrating strong and fair leadership qualities to run the team
- Responsible for developing quality standards and service as well as barista training manuals and operating procedures
- Able to conduct barista training and handle customer complaints concerning quality and service
- Handling all ordering, inventory and stock maintenance and management
- Comfortable working with all types of clients, must be willing to engage with all people in the office
- Responsible for coaching all team members and developing plans for their future growth
- Spearhead classes and specialty lessons for our clients as well e.g latte art, roasting
- Assist in daily F&B operations of taking orders and serving duties if needed
- Ensure cleanliness of premises, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Provide prompt and good customer service, actively promoting new beverages or recommending new items to customers
- Able to multitask and familiarize with these areas:
- Espresso Bar Station
- Sandwich Station
- Cold Beverage Station
- Back of House (Prep. Work)
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in the related position
- At least 5 years’ experience working in F&B as a Barista or similar field
- Passion about coffee, tea and creation
- At least 2 years of leadership experience with a team
- Able to use a computer and present confidently
