Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to lead the Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
- Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor project delivery quality to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- Implement control measures for material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
- Supervise daily site activities.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
- Require to obtain either Advance Certificate in Construction Productivity,Certified Construction in Productivity Professional or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (CCPP/SDCPCCPP/SDCP)
- Minimum 3 years and above of project management experience with any scale of construction project.
- Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
- Certify in (CSCPM) Construction Safety Course for Project Manager or Manage Workplace safety & health in construction site lvl 4
