Job Description
- Review the BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines
- Supervise and coordinate site installation works by contractors
- Attend site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and contractor
- Lead daily briefing and execute the project activities and oversee implementation of the quality plan
- Coordinate installation activities, site safety, order, arrange and receive M&E major equipment delivery for contractors’ installation
- Provide site progress update bi-weekly and monthly
- Arrange and attend material, equipment, installation, and testing inspection
- Carry out testing and commissioning and handover of completed work activities to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects
- Maintain all quality and safety records, and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Mechanical Engineering/Engineering, are all welcome
- Min 5 years of experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
