Responsibilities:

• Spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.

• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including online portals, social media, and networking, to expand the candidate pipeline.

• Cultivate and maintain a robust network of qualified candidates for future hiring requirements.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. • Continuous learning to stay at the forefront of recruitment practices and trends.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and generate regular recruitment reports.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a track record of success.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
