• Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. • Continuous learning to stay at the forefront of recruitment practices and trends.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and generate regular recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
