Job scope :
· Achieve sales targets for Sim Leisure Group while ensuring excellent customer service at KidZania Singapore.
· Respond promptly to sales inquiries via all channels (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.), utilizing up-to-date park information and standardized replies.
· Follow up on pending inquiries from school, and family groups to convert them into ticket sales.
· Coordinate with Food & Beverage, recreation, and other departments for upcoming events (team-building activities, birthday parties) and food orders.
· Arrange site visits and fulfil special requests (media shoots, video recordings).
· Actively seek sales opportunities within school groups.
· Document all incoming inquiries and orders, especially event orders, to evaluate conversion rates, identify sales trends, and assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, adhering to company and legal standards as required.
· Continuously seek ways to enhance departmental effectiveness and efficiency by proposing improvements.
Requirements :
· Fluent in written and verbal English.
· At least 2-years of experience as sales Executive and experience in customer service, especially in the tourism / leisure industry (preferred but not required)
· Computer-literate, particularly with emails, social media, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
· Creative problem-solving ability
· Multitasking and meeting strict deadlines
· Articulate and assertive in communicating ability
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
