- To assist immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the site, to support lease and tenancy management and to ensure that the client is provided with a high standard of service at all times. Undertakes any other duties as assigned by the Management/Immediate Superior.
- Manage tenant liaison and satisfaction emphasis on tenant retention.
- Building day-to-day management including operations, engineering and compliance matters.
- Lease administration and management.
- Advertising and Promotion for the Building
- Manage budget preparation and delivery.
- Manage budget forecasting.
- Finance administration, billing and collection or rentals.
- Accuracy of tenancy schedule.
- Calculation of GTO for billing.
- Tenancy fit-out co-ordination.
- Capital expenditure implementation, tendering and management.
- Monthly and annual account reporting.
- Building services contract administration and procurement.
- Manage repairs and maintenance.
- Liaise/manage/communicate with legal, town planners, surveyors, project managers, tax and accounting advisers.
