The Payroll Executive will perform full spectrum of payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and legal compliance.
Job Duties:
- Perform end to end payroll process for clients, maintain and uphold confidentiality for all payroll tasks undertaken.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness and adherence to payroll-related legal and regulatory requirements such as CPF, IR8A.
- Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, respond proactively to clients' enquiries and cordially resolve any issues and requests.
- Handle IR21, NS Claims, and Government-paid claims submission for clients promptly.
- Coordinate with clients on payroll timeline and prepare float fund reconciliation where necessary.
- Participate in client meetings to review payroll operations, resolve issues, and explore improvements.
- Participate in ad-hoc system upgrades and activities as and when needed.
- Ensure proper archiving of payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of payroll process and compliance regulations.
- Positive attitude in managing client payrolls and providing exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. Timesoft) and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
