We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. The Senior Manager /Associate Director of Client Accounting & Payroll Services will oversee the team rendering accounting and payroll services to our clients.
· Work with clients on their outsourcing needs in accounting and payroll functions, provide fee quotes and finalise engagement letters.
· Prepare and review management accounts on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for clients from various industries including financial reports, unaudited financial statements, ad-hoc analysis to ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
· Review payroll calculations and manage cashflows of client trust fund.
· Knowledge of payroll legislation and employment law, including statutory requirements.
· Manage billings to clients and follow up on outstanding invoices.
· Manage job allocation and supervise team members on day-to-day basis by coaching, training and support where needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or professional accounting qualification
- Professional accounting designation (eg., CA Singapore, CPA) is preferred
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in mid-tier or large accounting firm
Pre-requisites:
- Excellent understanding of accounting, regulatory compliance and payroll services
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, self-driven and a team leader & player
- Knowledge with accounting software and Times software will be an added advantage
