Job Title: Receptionist (Contract)
Contract Period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
Location: Punggol Secondary School, 51 Edgefield Plains, Singapore 828870
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
Service Not Required: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
The Receptionist will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage the school’s reception counter.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and key issuance.
Maintain the school photocopier.
Handle Secondary 1 registration processes.
Maintain the general office pantry.
Facilitate student transfers.
Manage stock of school stationery, including A4 papers, pens, markers, etc.
Manage the school’s email communications.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Administrative Manager, Teachers, and Co-workers.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
At least a GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent certificate.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in secondary school(s) focusing on reception and general administrative duties.
Proficient in relevant office skills, including:
Competency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in managing emails (Outlook/Gmail)
