Roles & Responsibilities
- Improve the sales growth by developing new business opportunities, ensure positive relationship with clients.
- Ensures clients requirements are met in a timely manner, attend meetings to understand and perform per client’s requirements.
- Reporting to the Head of Operations.
- Holds overall responsibility for the operations and ensure the operations activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Responsible for the management and development of the operations team and resourcing matters
- Leads and manages day to day operations
- Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth
- Develops operations planning, projects schedules, operations planning, projects schedules and ensure quality service delivery of clients projects
- Ensure team members to have clear defined roles, responsibilities, goals and objectives that will deliver measurable results to the company
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in cleaning industry, facility management or building maintenance with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong organisational and strategic planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and client interfacing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player
- own vehicle
- Class 3 license
- Knowledge of microsoft office
