Job Title: Operations Support Officer (Nutrition Food Science Department)
Location: Bartley Secondary School, 10 Jalan Bunga Rampai, Singapore 538403
Contract Period: 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break), except Wednesday
- Wednesdays: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Note: Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays unless it is a special school event.
Scope of Services:
The Operations Support Officer will be responsible for the following tasks within the Nutrition Food Science Department:
- Assisting teachers with ordering goods and food preparation for lessons.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workroom and ensuring food is prepared safely.
- Housekeeping duties related to the department’s daily operations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent.
- Preferably one year of work experience in a school environment.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills for administration tasks.
